| | Our friends Matt and Robin (whom we also sailed with in Croatia) graciously hosted us in Kingston (just outside London) and why I'll never know since they spent over four hours of their Saturday picking us up at some obscure airport outside London ('getting lost' time inclusive,) we did all of our laundry and hung it around their one bedroom apartment to dry, subjected them to a search of local camping stores for trekking gear on Sunday, monopolized their two laptop computers, made long distance calls to rectify a credit card problem and lost their spare key! Aren't friends great? These friends of ours are actually great and we owe them big. Thanks Matt and Robin! See you again in six weeks! :) |
